Sonja Dahl is the CEO of Silicon Valley Recovery in San Jose, CA, a detox and residential substance use disorder facility she opened in 2021. She is a Licensed Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor with a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice. With a career in addiction treatment spanning back to 2011, Sonja has extensive experience in nearly every facet of the field, including roles as Director of Admissions, Marketing, and Risk Management, as well as five years as a Counselor.

Sonja's commitment to helping individuals struggling with substance use disorder and mental health illness continues to grow. She is laser-focused on client care and dedicated to the ethical provision of services. Sonja is passionate about implementing innovative ideas to create optimal environments for success, extending this philosophy to her staff to ensure they thrive in their roles.
